Mission Statement:
The mission of the Corporate Sponsorship Committee is to liaise with and to provide local biotech companies, research organizations and service providers such as law firms the opportunity to financially support women in the local scientific community through the sponsorship of SD-AWIS events and academic scholarships.

Future Goals:
Our members will continue to learn about and build relationships with executives in local biotech companies, research institutes and scientifically-oriented service providers, from small start-ups to big Pharma, in both the public and private sectors. To demonstrate our gratitude for their financial support, we will actively maintain these relationships and liaise with our sponsors at SD-AWIS events, ensuring that they receive the benefit of publicity and exposure to the local scientific community.
